- Ensure IDPs are prepared & implemented fairly across the organisation
- Identify Organisation wide / Function wide / Department wide skill gap areas
- Prepare Development plans & proposals for Interventions
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Design & Deliever Training programs
- Shortlisting external training vendors
- Ensuring Training mandays
