Manager / Deputy Manager - L&D
Client: Financial Services Company
Location: Pune
Purpose of the Job
The key objective of the role is to strategize and implement L&D strategy which is aligned with the business goals of creating portfolios for employees through ILTs(Instructor lead Training)
Deliverables
1. Responsible for conducting training needs analysis and/or diagnostics for employees
2. Responsible for identifying Training Partners basis the findings
3. Identified Training Partner's Collaboration ( SLA, Vendor Code Creation) and management
4. Designing and calendaring ILT training interventions basis the findings
5. Responsible for end to end launch & completion of all ILTs through identified Training Partner ( for identified grades of employees across company)
6. Audit & feedback reaction of Training conducted by Training Partner
7. Procurement of training content (as per needs identified) from training partners
8. To act as a representative from company in Group Learning Academy for ILT related requirements/enquiries
9. Design strategy to promote ILTs
10. Branding of ILTs and driving communication campaigns to enhance visibility of ILTs

Must have: MBA / With certification in Training & Development.
Training Certification in Personal /Managerial effectiveness program & Psychometric tool MBTI, DISC, etc
Work Experience
- Must have: 5 to 6 years of experience in training management (specifically ILTs).
- Experience as a facilitator would be preferred.
- Network with Training Vendors.
