Manager/Deputy Manager - Learning & Development/eLearning - BFSI

Client :Financial Services Company

The key objective of the role is to strategize and implement L&D strategy which is aligned to the business goals of creating portfolios of employees through E - Learning / WBT.

Deliverables :

1. Responsible for conducting training need analysis and/or diagnostics

2. Designing and calendaring training interventions basis the findings

3. Responsible for completion of online induction and compliance training of newly joined employees

4. Responsible for completion of compliance training of all employees

5. Procurement of training content (as per needs indentified) from training partners

6. Branding of L&D function and driving communication campaigns to enhance visibility

7. LMS Management - collaborate with IT for development, Content Integration

8. Drive completion of all WBT interventions

9. Design strategy to promote WBT ( Ascend). Plan Reward & Recognition for knowledge partners.

10. Technical Partner's Collaboration and management

Must have : MBA

Added advantage : Training certifications in personal/Managerial effectiveness program & psychometric tools MBTI, DISC, ect

Work Experience :

Must have: E - learning design & Technology delivery experience.

Experience in LMS implementation .

Net work with LMS vendors would be preferred.

Salary Offered : 7-12 LPA
