2) Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness.
HR Systems Management:
1) Oversee the entire Employee Life Cycle using SAP and Success Factor systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
2) Manage IT changes in SAP and Success Factor, collaborating closely with vendors to implement updates and improvements.
Performance Management:
1) Maintain Org Chart, Information, and Performance Management System (PMS) in Success Factors to optimize employee performance and development.
HR Operations Excellence:
1) Lead HR operations, covering the full spectrum of the Employee Life Cycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
1) Manage Compensation and Benefit programs on both regular and annual cycles, ensuring competitive and equitable reward structures.
Talent Development:
1) Play a key role in talent acquisition, training, and development initiatives to ensure a pipeline of skilled and motivated professionals.
