JD & Responsibilities :HR Operations and Compliance :- Design, implement and enhance company policies
- Monitor and bring effectiveness in HR systems, database and processes
- Prepare and publish management Performance dashboard for all key KPIs
- Use of automation and digitization to improve internal HR processes and reporting
- Ensure quality standard are followed (ISO etc)
- Set up HR Shared Services team - create and implementing the overall service delivery strategy, including developing and executing on a detailed program roadmap, working with process owners and service providers to identify optimal service solutions and continuous improvement opportunities to mature the overall service delivery capability
- Incumbent will be responsible for employee life cycle processes
- Incumbent will provide hands-on program management of our core HR services, partnering with the COEs and HRBPs to drive high quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS and Payroll functions
- Advice to the HR leadership team on all HR Shared Service matters, identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Incumbent should be able to plan, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives focused on scaling HR support in a best practice manner.
- Incumbent should have a proven success in creating customer centric experiences in an efficient and culturally appropriate way. Ability to translate strategy into deep operational execution, leveraging process expertise and analytics skills
- MIS : HR Compliance, Headcount, Attrition, Management Report, People Health Report and any other identified critical reports etc
Compensation & Benefits :- Support in developing and implementing competitive compensation strategies that will help retain and attract talent
- Manage year-end merit and bonus processes. Provide guidelines and reporting.
- Provide in-market support to annual pay review, merit cycle, bonus cycle, relocations, offers, insurances etc.
- Assess internal compensation against peer groups and industry market benchmark; evaluate and perform analysis on pay market positioning, salary structures, and pay mixes to ensure competitiveness
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation
- Strong understanding of labour compliance; and set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- BENEFITS : Review, analysis and benchmarking on Policies and Benefits, in consultation with Management team, relating to Service Conditions, Compensation, Incentive policies, Variable compensation and Deferred Compensation programs. Manages the administrative process of benefit programs. This may include such areas as: Insurance, pension programs, employee benefits etc
- MIS : Ensure effective and periodic analysis of compensation & benefits and provide MIS support on periodic and need basis. Ensure automation of all critical C&B requirements scope & financials.
- HR Operations : Manage overall HR operations along with the team which includes Payroll, Compliances & Vendor Management
Team Management and Development :- Timely (weekly/monthly/quarter) review and feedback.
- Identifying the teams training and development needs.
- Provide regular and timely update to the Manager of all the operation activities
- Span of control : 1 or 2
Key requirements :- Minimum Qualification : MBA in Human Resources (Full Time) and C&B related certifications preferable
- Years of Experience : 8+ years in a similar role
- Good in advance excel, PowerBI (preferable)
- Exposure to working in HRMS platform (like Darwinbox)
Functional and Behavioral attributes :- Ability to work independently and Strong service oriented and customer centric
- Strong understanding of HR practices and processes
- Good Analytical skills as the work involve benchmarking and analysis.
- Good Communication skills for presenting analyses, articulating presentations, reports and policy.

- Experience in a change-oriented organization would be an advantage
