Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance - CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Preparation of Ind AS Compliant standalone and consolidated financial statements and handling audit.

- Working knowledge of Budget and MIS, identify variance and analysis thereof.

- Supporting Income Tax and Secretarial Department (Sharing & vetting information for XBRL, DPT-3, FLA Return, Annual Report, MGT- Assessments, ITR, and Transfer Pricing etc.)

- Experience in handling Related party's Transactions in a group environment.

- Understanding of Accounting of Business Combination and Fair Valuation requirements and Internal Financial Control (IFC).

Skills Required :

- Proficient knowledge of IndAS, Schedule III, CARO, and Auditing Standards.

- Analytical Skills & solution-oriented mindset.

- Working Knowledge of the Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act & FEMA.

- Expert knowledge of MS Office.

- Experience of Working in SAP.
