As a Manager/ Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts, you will be managing import payments, coordinating with banks, handling Accounts Payable & Receivable, MIS, month-end closure activities, and ensuring compliance with TDS and GST regulations.
What you will do:
- Timely entry of bills in ERP system
- Preparation of import payments
- Preparation of inward remittance documents
- EDPMS & IDPMS Regularization
- Coordination with the bank for Bank Guarantee (BG) renewal, BG issuance, and import payment follow-up
- Management of Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Verification of Service, Imprest, CHA, import & Domestic purchase vouchers
- Preparation of Management Information System (MIS)
- Month-end closure activities
- Fund Flow management
- Timely payment of TDS and filing of TDS returns
- Preparation and filing of GSTR1, GSTR3B, and GST annual returns
- Handling internal and statutory audits
- Independent handling of the Finance & Accounts department
- Other routine financial tasks as required
Additional Responsibilities for Manager Level:
- Preparing MIS after month-end closing
- Preparing financial statements and consolidation
- Reporting directly to the CFO
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with at least 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in using SAP FICO
- Strong proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in finance and accounting
