About Company:

Our client is a BSE and NSE listed, small business lending fintech platform. The Company is focused on addressing capital needs of small businesses.

Role Objective:

To assist in overseeing and managing the RBI compliances, implementation and testing activities.

Job Description:

- Monitoring regulatory updates regularly and assisting in implementing compliances to the same

- Ensuring timely filing of applicable returns/ correspondences and ad hoc information request with Reserve Bank of India.

- Drafting and reviewing policies applicable under RBI Directions

- Assisting in reviewing products and product documentation from RBI compliance perspective.

- Undertaking compliance testing/monitoring activities and facilitating closure of the outcomes

- Handling customer complaints escalated through RBI.

Requirements:

- Graduate + CS Membership is must

- CS with 3 - 5 years of experience in NBFC compliance is must.
