Description :

- Able to Manage/responsible for multiple client operations

- Excellent Command on Cantonese Language

- Excellent organisational skills.

Leadership Qualities :

- Lead the assigned team(s) & Absolute control on all tasks assigned to the team(s).

- Initiate/lead discussions with global stake holders to ensure smooth operations.

- Design/prepare periodic reporting metrics to indicate overall strength of operations.

- To Motivate/energize team members & Ensure skill-set development and cross functional expertise across team with clearly identified requirements and set goals

- Responsible for Teams SLA adherence.

Salary Range: 10-40 LPA
