2, POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent acquisition function at the corporate is focused on creating and managing a strategic approach to identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. Following are the sub-functional focus areas for this role:
1. Talent Acquisition Research :
a. Develop sector-specific knowledge and expertise;
b. Manage Hiring Manager briefings/meetings where appropriate;
c. Help on appropriate search strategies (i.e. internationalreach, multi - disciplinary focus);
d. Deliver research on senior appointments to the highest standard; Carry out comprehensive and creative desk-based research for all assignments;
e. Identify and communicate with a high calibre international candidate field,and advocate on behalf of Glenmark.
2. Talent Acquisition Project Management: -
a. Conduct multiple, high volume research projects;
b. Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates;
c. Prepare and proof TA documentation as required, such as research update andshortlist documents;
3. Metrics & Analytics - continuous tracking and use of key metrics to drive continuous improvement and to make better recruitment decisions, to ultimately improve the quality of hire.

4 TA process guidelines and ensuring effective yet uniform TA process across the globe including use of scientific tools like psychometrics in TA. Candidate experience Index & quality of hires index.
5 Campus relationship management. Hiring of numbers from campus and day 0 positioning

Education
(degree / diploma)
Master's degree in Human Resources
Experience 8- 12years relevant HR experience.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Knowledge of full-scale recruitment cycles, especially talent pipeline generation, sourcing,.
- Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced, learn-on-the-job business environment.
- Outstanding listening, written and oral communication skills.
- Independent and confident personal style with a high degree of integrity
- Ability to sift large amounts of information, quickly identify the salient points and provide relevant insights.
- Capacity to pick up new information about industries, people and be able to apply critical and independent thinking
