1. Monthly APO Run for generating statistical forecast
2. Incorporate Trade & Newness promo inputs to the stat forecast & generate demand Planners forecast (DPFC)
3.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Demand review meetings to derive consensus demand plan
4. Monitor sales at various depths of granularity (Product/Geography/frequency) and track forecast accuracy and bias in the forecast
5. Coordinate for demand of new SKU/GTM drives, product changeovers and consumer promotions in line with marketing plans
6. Maintain demand planning tool integrity and planning tools deliver value.
7. Drive stock freshness and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Supply planning, Sales & marketing) to minimize FG obsoloscence
8. Drive all product transitions (Consumer promotions, Product renovation, new product launch, grammage change etc) and ensure network timelines are adhered to.
