Manager - Demand Planning - Automobiles

Job Overview :

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planning Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Demand Planning Manager will play a critical role in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and driving operational efficiency.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities :

- Drive the demand planning process in alignment with the defined Sales and Operations Planning system

- Provide analytical and statistical inputs to the business team during monthly consensus cross-functional demand meetings to support all planning horizons.

- Incorporate learnings from past performance, focusing on continuous improvement through in-depth sales forecast analysis.

- Develop and strengthen collaborative planning with replacement and OEVMs , considering various industry, market, analytical, and external inputs to build a robust demand for future months.
