Our client is a known name in the CRM Space. After successfully establishing their presence in India, fir over a decade, they are now looking to expand to the North America market
Description :
- Establish a strong Demand Generation Plan and Process
- Define a robust ICP as well as core target personas to ensure we market to the right audience at the right time
- Define our entire omni-channel demand generation strategy encompassing organic inbound, outbound (through SDRs), paid advertising, partnerships, etc.
- Ensure the demand process runs like a well-oiled engine by setting the right Inbound to sales process in collaboration with the sales teams
- Define all digital strategies to improve conversion rates across the customer lifecycle
- Oversee all marketing operations and ensure that we have a robust tech stack and the right processes and workflows setup
- Develop strong GTM plans for new product and feature launches including setting the right growth expectations, selecting the right partners to help launch effectively, etc.
- Constantly be on the lookout for newer channels and avenues for growth.
- Build a data-first culture within the team and across the greater marketing team as well. Build a culture of experimentation where data is at the heart of every single decision that is made.
Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in leading/ managing the demand gen( Outbound) teams for the US market, in a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience working in a startup ecosystem ( preferably pre series - Series C ) is a good to have.
- Ability to thrive in a high velocity environment
- Experience working with organizations in their 0-1 journey
- Familiar with sales in North America geography, and open being a leader who leads by example
- Open to night shift
