Delivery Operations Manager


Role and Responsibilities:

Programme Launching and 'Go Live' Planning &Management:

- Monthly Activation Planning: Plan and schedule programme activations on a monthly basis, in accordance with SOPs.


- Publish a detailed calendar for each hub in coordination with local counterparts and ensure online activations through the Bloombloom platform.

- Activate Programmes: Launch and make live programmes published on the Bloombloom platform.

- Quantitative Goals: Set and achieve targets for the number of programmes launched across centers, hubs, and online.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule programme sessions, including date, time, and mode (online/offline), and assign appropriate educators as part of the Launching Process.

- Collaboration: Notify and coordinate with the Revenue Team (Marketing & Sales), PME (PM Enrollment), and PM Delivery to ensure necessary preparations and collaborative efforts.

- SOP Compliance: Launch programmes in accordance with established SOPs.

Hub-wise Launch Management:

- Set Goals: Establish and push quantitative goals for center heads and delivery operations counterparts, based on programme type, category, etc.

- Increase Utilization: Promote greater consumption of published content and educator hours by launching more programmes and maximizing capacity utilization.

- Programme Packaging: Initiate and coordinate the packaging of programmes from different producers with the Packager from the Production Team when required.

Market and Demand Analysis:

- Research Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and skill requirements, both globally and locally, to inform programme launches.

- Demand Analysis: Analyze customer base and market demand to design and launch programmes accordingly.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaboration: Provide advance notice to departments such as Revenue, Delivery, Production, and other relevant teams to ensure they can carry out their respective functions effectively related to a launch.

- Presales Function: Engage in presales activities to design and package programmes based on B2B, corporate, or college needs, in collaboration with revenue and other teams.

- Production Insights: Provide insights to the Production Team based on market trends and demand analysis to inform programme design and packaging.

- Goal Setting: Ability to establish and achieve quantitative and qualitative goals for programme launches in each hub and centers, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and performance metrics.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination and stakeholder engagement.

- Industry Insight: Understanding of global and local skill requirements and market trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Activation Metrics per Center: Track and measure activation success across various centers.

- Quantitative Success of Centers: Evaluate the overall success and performance of centers based on programme launches.

- Number of Programmes Launched:

- Centerwise

- Type-wise

- Category-wise

- Sector-wise

- Educators Capacity Utilization Metrics: Measure the utilization of educator hours.

- Programme Capacity Utilization Metrics: Assess the capacity utilization for each programme.

- Goal vs. Programmes Launched: Compare goals set with the number of programmes launched across different types and categories.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in programme launching, content management, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong organizational, quantitative, and collaboration skills.

- Market Insight: Knowledge of industry trends and skill requirements.

- Communication: Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis and research.

Office Location and Travel:

- This position is based in Bangalore and requires full-time, on-site work.

- Potential travel to various business locations for operational and business purposes.
