Manager Delivery Franchise (last mile) Urgent Position

Position- Manager Delivery Franchisee (last mile)

Locations- Central (Gurgaon- exp. of around 8-10+ Years), Bangalore (Exp. of around 4-7 Years), Mumbai (Exp. of around 4-7 Years)

Core Responsibilities:

- Setting up processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

- Manages franchise performance to ensure consistent customer experience

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates franchise needs on an ongoing basis

- Ensures franchise compliance with franchise agreement

- Proactively recruits new qualifying franchise

- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development, Operations & Tech) in order to meet franchise performance objectives and franchise's expectations
