A Leading KPO firm is looking for Manager - Decision Science for Gurgaon Location;

Salary : 20-22 Lacs; Work Exp : 3-5 years;

Key Skills :

- Identify and implement new business strategies to improve profitability and ways to improve business 30% processes

- Define and execute analytical approach to solving complex business problems through data extraction and analysis

- Perform business/financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting .

- Develop and coach direct report(s) and other analytical resources on cross-functional teams.

- Define reporting needs and monitor report to understand trends, issues and opportunities

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative/analytical field

Experience: 3-5 years business experience in a related field

Technical Skills: 2+ years experience using SAS or SQL
