Manager - Debt Syndication - Telecom

Analyzing the financial model of the existing - and preparing the suitable Financial Model, advising and preparation of project reports, Loan applications and financial analysis of business for fundraising, the arrangement of short term working capital funds including preparation of Credit Monitoring Arrangement ( CMA ) data And also for equity or any other structured fundraising.

- Interacting with, and various banks & consultants & advising them for the various Funding requirement of the company.

- Working with the project team to make financial model & check feasibilities

- Guiding team for analyzing & preparing Financial Model & Project Financial Structure for the same

- Develop a strategic approach to program funding, resource mobilization, and portfolio - development

- Development of proposals & reports for Funding, development of program funding capacity

- Liasioning with Govt Authorities & Bodies if required, Liaising with banks and Financial Institutions for Long Term funds for projects, Working capital funds and foreign investments, including Private Equity placement

- Sound knowledge of Finance Field, corporate finance market

- Need to build a corporate relationship

- Routine and Strategic Management Solutions, Business and Economic Research, Market Surveys Trend Analysis, Financial Management & Bank & Institutional Finance, Preparation of Feasibility Studies, Pre-Investment Reports, Project Reports for Financing

- Corporate Financial Management, Budgeting, Variance analysis, dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions

- Project Financing, Industrial Project Planning & Conceptualizing, Budgeting, Market Survey, feasibility studies, pre-investment studies, Appraisals and assessment of projects

Requirements :

Qualification :

- MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant with More than 5 years of experience in Debt Syndication / Corporate finance.
