Manager - Debt Solutions - Investment Banking Debt Solutions Team

- Be part of bank Investment Banking Debt Solutions Team that is involved in debt financial advisory solutions including debt syndications for companies and/or projects, debt capital markets, senior, subordinated & structured products, Islamic finance and similar transactions.

- Assist in the origination and execution of all mandates for the Investment Banking Debt Solutions Team and business development initiatives and activities.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Analyze businesses, markets and industriesindependently and generate outputs.

- Identify clients- objectives, analyze and understand the business of the clients and have at all times a good understanding of the business of the clients.

- Conductdue diligence,perform financial analysis andreview financial models,as required.

- Conceptualise and develop innovative transaction structures keeping in view the clients- objectives and market expectations and prepare commercial term sheets.

- Lead on end-to-end management of transactions and liaise with all parties involved in the transaction, as appropriate.

- Preparetransaction notes, meeting notes, strategy reports, information memoranda or prospectus and any other documents or reports as appropriate.

- Support the marketing and placement of the transaction, including the preparation of presentations and marketing materials, as appropriate.

- Draft or review, as appropriate, relevant transaction documentation and support negotiations with lawyers and other external third parties.

- Develop and maintain client relationships.

- Interact with regulators (such as CBO, CMA, MSM) and other advisors (such as legal, accounting, technical, etc.).

- Support members of the team as appropriate.

- Support the needs of the Debt Solutions team as required.

Personnel Specifications:

- Master of Business Administration(MBA)/Chartered Financial Analyst or Equivalent Qualifications

- Experience of around 6-8 years with an investment bank with a focus on developing and executingproject &structuredfinance,leveraged finance, restructurings, capital market products and securitization structures

- Exposure to transactions in the following sectors would be preferred: power (generation, transmission & distribution), oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, contracting, infrastructure etc.

- Documentation experience i.e. advisory reports, commercial term sheets, prospectus, information memorandum, drafting presentations etc. is essential
