Manager - Debt Solutions - Investment Banking

Manager Debt Solutions - Investment Banking - Oman.

MBA with 7 years with an investment bank in structured finance,leveraged finance, restructuring, securitization products and/or capital markets products.

Must have :

Investment banking experience (Debt side) from a reputed investment bank,

Structured finance, securitization, leveraged finance or restructuring experience,

Solid deal list of closed transactions demonstrating relevant experience.

The Role :

Be part of Investment Banking Debt Solutions Team that is involved in debt financial advisory solutions including debt syndications for companies and/or projects, debt capital markets, senior, subordinated & structured products, Islamic finance and similar transactions.

Assist in the origination and execution of all mandates for the Investment Banking Debt Solutions Team and business development initiatives and activities.
