Manager Debt Capital Markets Origination Position Objective / Responsibilities: - Transaction Structuring: Structure Debt Capital Markets (DCM) transactions for the target customer group within the approved client set. - Team Development and Management: Develop and manage a team of 3-5 managers in DCM. - Complex Financial Arrangements: Assist the SVP/VP/AVP in handling complex financial arrangements and market pricing decisions. - Client Solutions: Work closely with sector teams and investors to develop proactive solutions for client delivery. - Deal Quality and Documentation: Ensure high-quality deals and thorough documentation. - Product Knowledge Sharing: Impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the team. - Transaction Execution: Execute and close small to medium-sized transactions. - Moderate Complexity Arrangements: Support in handling financial arrangements of moderate complexity. Domain Knowledge Competencies: - Core Finance Knowledge: Expertise in core finance principles and financial modeling. - Debt Market Dynamics: Deep understanding of debt market dynamics, particularly in asset monetization. - Risk Management: Comprehensive knowledge of risks associated with DCM activities. - Valuations and Financial Analysis: Proficient in valuations and financial statement analysis. - Sector Analysis: Capable of analyzing different sectors to identify opportunities and risks. - Pitch Presentations: Skilled in preparing compelling pitch presentations. - Negotiations and Mandate Sourcing: Experienced in negotiations and sourcing mandates from Mid Corporate and Large Corporate Clients. - Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters and CFOs. - Business Development: Drive business development activities. - SEBI ICDR Regulations: Thorough knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations.
