Manager - Debt Capital Market - NBFC

I am currently running an opportunity with one of the leading NBFCs in their Debt Capital Markets team. Have mentioned the details below.

Key Deliverables

- Responsible for DCM originating, structuring and executing debt financing transactions

- Placing non-bank products in a non-bank market

- Placing of matured assets with non-banking lenders like, Mutual Funds, Public &Pvt. Insurance Companies, Family Offices, Pension Funds, NBFCs, Corporates and other alternate mode of funding

- Should have active relationships with the above

- Providing analytical support to generate tailored funding and capital solutions

- Preparation of pitch books, working on internal credit committee memos, term sheets etc

- Consideration of tax, regulatory, legal and accounting related matters, etc including interaction with experts.

Profile: Key specs

- Strong in Origination and Placement of deals

- Skilled in negotiation, modelling and documentation.

- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis

- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

- Preferred Qualification - MBA/Professional qualification
