Manager - Debt Capital Market - NBFC

Position: Manager -Debt Capital Market (DCM)

Exp-Min-5 Yrs Post Qualification

Max up to 10 Yrs

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for structuring and executing debt financing transactions under DCM space.

- Placement of debt market products to various market participants eg., Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, FIIs, Family Offices, Provident/Pension Funds, NBFCs, Corporates etc.

- Origination of transactions for under DCM.

- To provide analytical support to generate tailored funding.

- Preparation of Internal credit memos, investor teasers, presentations, term sheets etc.

- Laisoning with rating agencies, and people involved in tax, regulatory, legal matters.

Profile:

Excellent Networking ability with market participants for Origination and Placement of deals.

- Understanding of debt market and latest developments in the market and regulations with regard to same.

- Skilled in negotiation, modelling and documentation.

- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis

- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

- Preferred Qualification - MBA/Professional qualification.
