Detailed Job Description:

- Plan, create and expand the dealer network, by overseeing the process of dealer selection and appointment

- Manage the dealer establishment process (infrastructure, contracts, inauguration, etc.)

- Oversee and maintain all contractual matters pertaining to Dealer Network

- Set up standards for operations for all Dealerships, and plan and oversee periodic audit to ensure compliance to all aspects

- Ensure compliance and reporting, and manage other administrative activities

- Lead and manage the Operational network Development team
