Manager - Dealer (Female prefered) We are having an opening with one of the well known multinational company manufacturing tyre for space shuttles,aircraft, automobiles, heavy equipment, motorcycles, and bicycles. Job responsibility : Candidate will responsible for : Dealer Sales Management,Sales ,Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management, Distribution Management, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Product Promotion, New Market Development,Competitive Analysis, Sales Forecasting Required Skills : - Must be experience in front line sales/managing a dealer network in the industries like FMCG, FMCD,Lubricants,Auto Components,White goods/Durables. - Should have managed a team (min. of 5) of direct or indirect frontline sales people. - Should have handled distributors A mix of B2C and B2B experience is desired. - The ability to work in a technical environment / technical sales is desired but not essential. Experience in a multi brand environment is essential (Not a market leader brand). - Age less than 30 years. Following industry, in the order of priority, could be a natural fit.
