Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing strategy and implementation to deliver pipeline coverage for technical sales, database - SQL, Teradata, Cloud, Bigdata etc, in collaboration with other marketing teams such as digital & demand gen.
- Collaborate with regional sales stakeholders to build an integrated demand generation plan to support the sales goals/priorities leveraging corporate marketing strategy/ initiatives.
- Create and manage a regional marketing dashboard that tracks effectiveness & impact of marketing spend on pipeline, using defined tools and resources. Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking.
- Develop consistent and regular reviews and ongoing communication with sales stakeholders.
- Manage marketing calendar to ensure alignment with corporate and partner programs as appropriate.
- Support the brand, leverage local and social media to drive awareness, demand gen and audience acquisition through your Field Marketing and Event programs.
- Create joint partner marketing programs leveraging partner ecosystem and expanding our reach into their marketable database.
- Implement joint field marketing and demand generation programs to grow and amplify MemSQL with Solution Partners to migrate from on-premises to Helios
- Cultivate relationships with demand generation and partner marketing leaders in all key partner organizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor- s/Master's degree.
- Minimum 4-6 years of database - SQL, Teradata, Cloud, Bigdata etc, marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs & field marketing campaigns, business development, marketing or alliance experience for a high-tech company, business development, marketing or alliance experience.
- Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive.
- Marketing automation experience a plus
- Able to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences.
- Ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast paced matrix environment.
- Experience in all facets of marketing including account-based marketing, online, social media and events.
- Ability to develop integrated marketing plans.
- High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.
- Knowledge of using marketing tools like Eloqua, Salesforce, Mintigo, Engagio
