Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a remote team of data specialists and leads to ensure that all data-related operations Email operations, data entry) are carried out effectively and efficiently.
-Business Requirement/Stakeholder Management - Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required process, reports/dashboards
- Process Design - Define processes and their key metrics. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way as per aligned KPIs. Continuously improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Documentation - Develop and maintain documentation for data operations, including standard operating procedures, quality control measures, and training materials.
Analytics - Analyze process data on the go and provide actionable insights to the business teams, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Team Management - Recruit, train and supervise team members. Define and monitor OKRs for team members
- KPI & Data - - Monitor and evaluate quality, identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Operations management experience of 7+ years, with at least 3+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Inert ability to learn, take initiative and grow
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to build consensus and relationships among XFN stakeholders and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation processes would be an advantage.
- Excel skill is mandatory. SQL experience is additional advantage
