Manager - Data & Risk Analytics - FinTech

Data Risk Analytics Manager / Leading Fintech - Gurgaon

JOB PURPOSE :

- Ongoing data analysis and create insights of various risk dimensions for the lending products

- Own the customer acquisition risk management for consumer and merchant loans

- Conduct detailed acquisition and portfolio quality tracking and suggest policy changes as and when required

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate tracking of loan products

- Drive execution with tech/product around policy changes / product launches

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- Qualifications : Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/Economics/Statistics/Management

- Experience : 3+ years of Data analytics experience in Financial Services/Fintech preferably in Lending and Risk domain

Functional Competencies :

1. Hands-on experience with Python/R, SQL and Excel is must

2. Adept in quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis and customer profiling

3. Risk analytics background in credit card/consumer loans/business loans
