About the team:

Digital & Analytics Centre of Excellence is a national team housed with-in the assurance practice with more than 150 specialists.

The team is responsible for data management, data transformation, data modelling and analysis to assessing & identifying risks, performance improvements and internal controls related issues and report findings and conclusions, which helps clients / stake holders in driving decisions or performance.

The team also works in automating manual processes using emerging technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, Python and Alteryx to bring in efficiency and savings to internal stake holders and external clients.

The team not only works on client work and digital enablement of audits, they also develop new products and solutions using emerging technologies such as AI / ML, Process Mining, NLP, Image processing etc. which are taken to market according to client requirements.

Job role:

The Manager would be expected to manage a team of seniors and staff in various steps of delivering analytics output, development of new solutions, coordinating with audit teams as well as the Clients. A manager is expected to be a strategic thinker and identify newer areas of solution development, creatively solving client and team problems, motivate the team to deliver high quality deliverables under a high-pressure environment, and contribute to internal team initiatives. The candidate should be able to create marketing collaterals, handle client pursuits and work with leaders in internal as well as external GTM activities.

Technical skills:

Knowledge, hands on experience and team-handling experience in:

- Financial / audit / risk analytics

- Presentations to clients / stake holders

- Experience in understanding and data handling from ERPs such as SAP / HANA / Oracle etc.

- Data bases handling and ETL experience (SQL)

- Alteryx experience (preferably certified)

- Automation experience using Python / VBA / Power Apps / any other solutions

- Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word & Excel);

- Experience in creating client proposals and marketing enablers

Soft skills:

- Communication: Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

People management:

- Client facing experience & multiple stake-holder management

- Ability to work in a team and manage a team comprising of varied skill-sets and people from different backgrounds

- Mentoring, coaching and developing team members, contribute to internal people initiatives

Project-handling:

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and quality

- Analytics hands-on experience, to be able to troubleshoot technical issues

- Problem-solving and strategic thinking mindset

- Positive attitude and responsible

- Flexible to work on weekends / holidays depending on urgent business requirements / critical audit deadlines

- Willingness to travel for work
