Looking for professionals with 5-9 years of experience in Reporting with strong hand-on expertise in Credit risk domain & SAS with strong business understanding.

Responsibilities:

Strategy :

- Team management ranging from recruitment to appraisals & attrition management

- Work closely with the Group & country Operation risk teams.

Business :

- Ensure that the Cost Budgets are met according to management targets

Processes :

- Familiarity with the bank's TP Systems (for FM//TB/CCIB etc.), Static Data systems, good understanding of bank's processes and data flow, basic understanding of Operational Risk /ORF and bank's policies on managing risk and Operational risk..

- Responsible for handling all queries relating to the reports produced.

People and Talent :

- Analytical mind, sound risk and business judgement

- Responsible to ensure that the team/self delivers reports accurately with adequate checks and controls and are done based on the past trends.

- Adequate knowledge around SAS and Excel as these tools are primarily used to produce the MIS, analysis and also able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on these tools.

- Expertise in advanced programming techniques / languages like SAS, R or Python to programme the algorithm to derive the results from the available data. Understanding of data science / statistical models and tools will be advantageous

- Develop familiarity with the key systems like EORP, Riskview, C400/CCMS/RLS/PDW/eBBS etc.

- Ensuring that the necessary trainings (on-the-job or classroom) are conducted to the team and provide required job knowledge.

Risk Management :

- Ensure quality processing and adherence to all key controls and checks.

- Ensuring that proper backups are being arranged for critical reports.

Governance :

- Compliance with all relevant policies and procedure, guidelines, rules & regulations.

- Proper documentations like EUC, BIA, BCP, BID, Migration Checklists, SLAs, Recharge Documents, DOI, Change Templates etc. needs to be documented appropriately.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

- Lead the allocated RRSSC functionto achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities :

- Mitigation of risk by providing accurate and timely information necessary to support management.

- Protection of the Bank's reputation. Bank's ability to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Minimizing risk of Bank being used by money launderers.

Skills :

- College graduate / Post Graduate of any statistical/ business course.

- Prior experience in managing a team of risk professionals is desired / required

- Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data and recommend policies based on the result of the information.

- Experience in budgeting, Forecasting& Reconciliation

- Possesses good technical computer skills.
