Brief:

The Supply Chain Product Owner will develop a data management platform and strategy to support the digital transformation of our Order 2 Cash process. You will deliver highly impactful and transformational results for global Order-to-Cash standards implemented into the regions.

Order-to-Cash Center of Excellence

The Order-to-Cash Center of Excellence's key objective is to design great digital Customer Experiences. You will be part of an ambitious team that is anchoring new ways of working and implementing sustainable improvements in the Order-to-Cash processes. You will be working with data strategies and solutions in a global team and develop solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders like Customer Care, Digital Transformation, or IT. A typical project could be to work with the IT department on process optimization through better use of codified data or to process mine part of the customer journey to provide key insights on areas for improvement to senior management.

Good to have:

- Expertise within Master Data Management and Governance, Process Mining, Business Intelligence and Data Model Infrastructure.

- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework- (SAFe- ) and/or any other popular Agile practices and frameworks.

- Good understanding on Technology Innovation and Ecosystems e.g. eCommerce, Ordering-, Purchasing-, Integration Platforms - on a functional level.

- Sound knowledge of the End-to-End Order-to-Cash processes and understanding of the key and cross-functional integration with technology, i.e. SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP BW, AAO, Celonis, Tableau, KNIME, Snowflake.

Job Description:

- Strategic & tactical development of Data Management taking an outside-in perspective to design for a great ordering experience

- Lead and manage Project Team around the Data Management applying agile ways of working

- Harvest the holistic view from the Project Team considering Technology Innovation, Market Trends and deliver highly impactful and transformational results setting global standards for local implementation

- Engage with Key Stakeholders to lead the change

- Refinement of business requirements into Use Cases for Digital Transformation and IT

- Proven ability to assess the health of a data environment, cultivate master data management & governance towards a stable, streamlined best practice, and analyze a highly complex process landscape to prioritize focus areas.

- Proven-track record at meeting project milestones within time, cost and quality constraints.

- Intellectual capacity to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, with pro-active and empowering nature. Self-motivated, high energy, results-focused and thrives in an organization which provides clear accountability, taking responsibility for making things happen.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills as well as communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to inspire change at all levels. Open straightforward and collaborative style. Clear, articulate, and persuasive communicator. Comfortable operating at all senior management levels

- 5+ years of professional experience. M.Sc. preferably in Data Science or Business with an excellent academic track record.
