Lead the Data & Analytics initiatives in the space of online sales, ancillaries, self-service & variety of other business functions.

Job Description:

- As Head of business team, the candidate will facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management; including big data, business intelligence & analytics while staying focused towards short terms & strategic business goals.

- Analyze traditional, social and digital media data using qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable insights and help develop campaigns and initiatives on business objectives as well as ROI.

- Engage an end-to-end approach to segmenting & targeting by connecting all the pieces of data to deliver the data while leveraging all available established & real-time data assets.

- Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and opportunities by researching, building models, and suggesting experiments based on data insights

- Design and implement reporting/dashboard/visualizations for structured data sets through reporting tools to ensure the targets for conversions for direct sales, ancillaries & self-service are achieved.

- Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify meaningful relationships, patterns, or trends to business decisions.

- Manage, organize, and clean data effectively and efficiently while reducing manual reporting and data redundancy with the goal of improving planning, deliverables, growth, and efficiency.

- Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly.

- The role is to stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future growth, retention and customer satisfaction initiatives.

- Ensure connecting all the pieces of data to deliver the data (transaction, loyalty, web analytics & social) while building models, and suggesting experiments based on data insights.

- Take an active role in running of tactical & long term promotions while engaging with internal/external partners sponsoring it on one hand and sales & marketing teams on the other.

- Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing sales strategy and share the same with the regional sales teams.

Candidate's Profile :

- Demonstrated understanding of big data, Business Intelligence, analytics and data management and end-to-end development life-cycle support.

- Ability to translate data into insights that help clients understand audience needs and behavioral drivers.

- The candidate must be a Graduate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics role. Master's Degree will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with Google analytics, Appsflyer, SOL, advanced MS Excel & Powerpoint. Familiarity with advanced solutions like

- Advanced knowledge of online sales ecosystem as a domain is mandatory. Aviation experience would be an advantage.

- Highly versed in analytic methodologies and modeling & personas creation.

- Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills, specifically the ability to convey research findings in a concise and effective manner.
