Technical skills:
Knowledge, hands on experience and team-handling experience in
- Financial / audit / risk analytics
- Presentations to clients / stake holders
- Experience in understanding and data handling from ERPs such as SAP / HANA / Oracle etc.
- Data bases handling and ETL experience (SQL)
- Alteryx experience (preferably certified)
- Automation experience using Python / VBA / Power Apps / any other solutions
- Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word & Excel);
- Experience in creating client proposals and marketing enablers
Soft skills:
- Communication: Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- People management:
- Client facing experience & multiple stake-holder management
- Ability to work in a team and manage a team comprising of varied skill-sets and people from different backgrounds
- Mentoring, coaching and developing team members, contribute to internal people initiatives
- Project-handling:
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and quality
- Analytics hands-on experience, to be able to troubleshoot technical issues
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking mindset
- Positive attitude and responsible
- Flexible to work on weekends / holidays depending on urgent business requirements / critical audit deadlines
- Willingness to travel for work
