Manager - Data Analyst - MR Firm

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

- Understand Client's Business requirements of different geography and advice on optimal plan for best results and developed new business.

- Developed design, plan, methodology and strategy of the study and execute the project, fieldwork, survey programming, data processing & analysis, report generation.

- Developed automation technique to process and cleansing data regularly and find out the issues.

- Allocate resources, liaise with stakeholders on timelines and cost, plan and execution of projects (primary).

- Managing clients, agencies/vendor, stakeholders, end-to-end online project and resources.

- Managing SP/DP and Field team and multi centric projects within the budget and tight deadline.

- Managing team including Survey Programming, Data Processing and Analysis.

- Managing large size dataset by using Excel and other software like SQL, SPSS, SAS.

- Identify risks and provide solutions to ensure timely delivery based on SLA.

- Leading, Monitoring and managing all project/s as per the project plan, metrics.

- Managing multiple projects and task simultaneously. Support to cross-functional team.

- Working with different internal team and departments and support them whenever required.

- Checking the survey link to ensure that survey programming is fine based on the project requirement.

- Design and review the questionnaire, finalized and share with team and seniors for the project/s.

- Managing Sampling process, Quotas, Incidence Rates (IR), Cost per Interview (CPI), Response Rate (RR).

- Managing a large size team (35+) of Operation (SP/DP) and Analytics.

- Advise client on optimizing Questionnaire, Quotas and best Sampling Methodology for the survey.

- Developing plan, methodology, strategies, process and execution for end-to-end project management.

- Developed and managed the dashboard to monitor the project performance on regular basis and take action.

- Monitoring the delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery the project with high quality data (Quantitative & Qualitative/Primary & Secondary) within the budget and deadline.

- Document and share new learning, best practices.

- Monitoring, managing the activities efficiently and regularly and ensuring teams are meet targets.

- Provide post-delivery support to client on managing & analyzing data and generating reports.
