Manager Data Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Primary responsible for data acquisition from members for all bureau repositories

- Responsible for increasing the database size across all bureau repositories

- Liaising with Business and IT teams of Members involved in data submission to bureau

- Conduct workshops and trainings for Member employees on Data Formats, Data Quality and improvement of acceptance rate

- Understanding data capturing mechanism of various products by financial institution and guide them for reporting all information to the bureau

- Liaise with Operations team to ensure timely upload of data and dispatch of feedback to members

- Work with Data Quality team to identify gaps in Member data and work with Members to improve acceptance rate and completeness of data

- Enhancing data collection procedures/formats to include information that is relevant for the Data processing.

- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and pattern.

Experience and Skills :

- 3 to 7 yrs+ (Manager) of experience with Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or the equivalent work experience

- Knowledge of Loan Cycle & Credit Bureau working or financial services industry is preferred.

- Working knowledge of Bureau and Loan procedures and standards will be added advantage Flexibility to travel as needed

- Executive presence and assertiveness.

- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.

- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.

- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
