- We are seeking an experienced Support Manager to lead and manage our support team efficiently.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a support manager and at least 3 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a support team to complete specific tasks and projects within defined SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage escalations and customer calls effectively, providing high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and customers, delivering necessary information in a timely manner.
- Directly support senior managers by running specific business operations.
- Ensure seamless operations by effectively managing shifts and overseeing the team's performance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a support team.
- At least 3 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
