Education : BE / B. Tech - Automobile/Mechanical (Full Time) + MBA/PGDBM (Will be advantage)
Work Experience : Min 15-18 years in Farm Equipment Sector only
Language known : Hindi, English & Tamil (Must)
CTC : Depend on Current CTC
Preferred Company/Industry- Tractor industry Only
Primary Skills :
- Within the industry, handled or lead the team related to Services Complete technical knowledge.
- Guiding the organisation with expert views and lead the organisation and build a brand of best in Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Handled dealer interaction across regions.
Secondary Skills :
- Multi-lingual, able to travel, excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Get connected with people internal and external.
- Visualizing the customer and market needs.
- Mark of a trend setter in initiatives and ideas for a growing organisation
Job Description (in brief ) :
- Complete knowledge of customer handling, after sale service, warranty, collect data, analyse, report, ensure corrective action, coordinate with corporate office and other department concerned.
- To take ownership in setting or building Customer Connect and drive initiatives
