About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term relationships in a B2C environment. You will be responsible for onboarding, retention, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued engagement.
- Retention & Loyalty : Reduce churn and drive customer retention through personalized support and value-driven interactions.
- Escalation Handling : Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
- Data-Driven Insights : Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance their experience.
- Training & Support : Guide users on how to get the most out of the platform, product, or service.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
Who Should Apply?
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relations, or Account Management (preferably in a B2C industry) and capping upto 8 years
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand customer needs & provide solutions
- Experience in customer engagement, retention, and churn reduction
