Hiring for a Customer Success Manager for a Travel tech startup in Bangalore.
We would need you to have the following qualities: -
- Should be very strong analytically (this role will require them to look at many operational & strategic problems, and build a data-backed answer
- Be very good at building and managing relationships (since we expect the individual to do a lot of customer facing tasks)
- Should be comfortable with evolving assignments (this role will be very project based, and assignments may change every 3-6 months)
- Strong communication (ability to express their thoughts clearly & in a structured way, even if not in English)
From a profile perspective, an ideal candidate would be someone with: -
- 1-2 quality experience in people / customer facing roles
- Keen interest in the start-up driven Technology economy
- Proficiency in an Analytics software package is a plus
- 4-8 years of experience
- Handled a SAAS based product
- Should have people skill - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Should be good in Post sales Account Management
