Role - Customer Success Manager
Location - Remote work. Work from anywhere
Employer - An enterprise SaaS, that operates in middle-eastern markets
Roles & Responsibilities:- Will also be responsible for New customer acquisition in relevant target segments
- Proactive Customer Engagement - establish and ensure highly collaborative relationships with support teams and customers/partners. Build value-based relationships with customers, leading to referral and renewal.
- Cross Functional Engagement - establish and develop highly collaborative relationships with internal teams. Collaborating with Sales and Engineering to address product issues, and identify workarounds solutions
- Customer Experience - ensure a great customer experience in all team interactions. Measure and continually improve it
Experience And Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years experience working with B2B /SaaS fintech companies (must have)
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication skills and keen attention to detail.
