Roles and Responsibilities:
- Empathize with each and every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers needs first.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct usage and adoption reviews, and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
- Spot opportunities for improvements to the product and work with the product team to drive and implement them.
- Coach customers to be experts in candidate sourcing and train their teams on best practices so they become the best talent acquisition, teams.
- Partner with the sales team for up-selling and renewals and increase the revenue per customer.
- Help drive customer references and case studies, and produce reports to explain insights and help them hire better and faster.
Expectations:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical aptitude.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Bonus: work experience in a customer-facing or customer success related role.
