- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of experience in Customer Success.
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building skills.
- Analytical Skills and ability to analyze customer needs.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
