Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Bengaluru.
- The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to drive insights, building and maintaining relationships, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

- 5+ Years in Customer Success role.

- Experience in Onboarding new clients, RFP, RFI etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Must-Have Skills :

- Experience in onboarding new clients and managing the RFP/RFI process
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers at all levels
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities to address customer concerns and challenges
- Experience in client-facing roles and building strong customer relationships
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing support and guidance
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges
- Conduct regular customer health checks and satisfaction surveys
- Manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value
- Track and analyze customer metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
