Customer Success Manager
DESCRIPTION OF WORK :
- Effectively engaging with the influencers and generating the set targeted revenue
- Develop deep understanding of the influencers/customers in the region/state and deliver high quality traffic to the Omni channel platform (JSW One online platform and JSW One Retail stores), creating and driving customized modules for engagement for each sub segment within influencers
- Own the influencer loyalty program for JSW One for the geography
- Get the influencers to cross sell and up sell the JSW portfolio of products and services thereby maximizing the revenue and engagement.
- Provide insights/ inputs into development of digital/online marketing programs to drive higher brand awareness through increased traffic and customer engagement
- Identify up skilling opportunities for influencers and coordinate with category and solutions team to enable it for the right set
- Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to establish operational processes needed to support influencer engagement programs
