Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the entire relationship with the company in your set of accounts
- Provide continuous reports and overview of our services to the customer and ensure they have a great experience with our services
- Look for additional and new opportunities for these companies in the emotional and wellness space.
- Ensure the employees of the company use our services
- Ensuring that we provide quality service delivery, 100% renewals, 20% Value Added sales with customer. Invoicing, billing, collections to be managed with little to no supervision.
- Work with various departments and provide a high quality experience to the customer.
- Own and drive 20+ accounts or work on critical organizational building projects.
Skill Required :
- You need to know how to tell your story -communicate
- You need to have great skills in solutions, negotiations
- Need hands on and individuals willing to transform the organization.
- Willingness to travel within the city and outstation as required.
- Willingness to be available occasionally outside working hours if needed.
- Comfortable in working with MS office functionalities online and other collaboration tools.
- Good understanding of data analytics (excel).
