This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring partner satisfaction by analyzing data and making necessary recommendations, retaining partners by building strong relationships, and providing excellent support to our partners.
Skills:
Team Management and Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
Analytical Skills: Ability to set and track objective KPIs, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach to selling
Partner Relationships & Support: Ability to provide efficient and effective support as well as build relationships with our partners
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and software tools such as Intercom
- Experience in leading and training a team in a partner support & success environment
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
