Role: Manager - Customer Success

Job description:
Customer Success is a high impact Management role responsible for managing and growing engagements with our existing customers. The role shall manage multiple accounts and will be driving revenue targets.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Planning and Growing the Client Relationships
- Shall be responsible for conceptualizing and building business cases in the area of Data Intelligence (AI + Data +Cloud)
- Ensure High Client Satisfaction Rates through Engagement Management (driven through the tech team).
- Coordinate on Projects with Delivery Team/Individuals and be responsible for Project Governance at Key Stakeholder level.
- Conduct Regular Engagements / Workshops with Client teams
- Be a single point of contact for client as well as team for given account/s
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Working with the leadership team, develop account plans and relationship enhancement strategies. Execute on the plan, track and report progress.
- Should be able to conceptualize / visualize business solutions and deliver customized presentations articulating progressive value proposition to the executive level audiences and ensure success capitalization on opportunities.
- Should be able to deep dive in the ongoing projects and resolve issues if any.
- Work with Pre-sales team for building proposals
- Develop Point-of-View decks and present to client
- Responsible for managing revenue targets.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrable ability of interacting with senior leadership (Partner / Director level)
- Ability to work within a matrix and virtual environment - where a "one size fits all" may not be sufficient.
- Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment
- Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a "global mindset".
- Knowledge of businesses areas - AI, Data Science, Big Data, Analytics, Data Engineering is a must
- Must be very good with creating and delivering presentations
Supervision Responsibilities:
- The role is primarily an independent contributor role; however, the individual shall work with cross functional teams.
