- Onboarding and training of the Brand Stores for O2O business

- Conducting and managing Inductions, Products & Process Training

- Build annual training program and prepare feedback and assessment sessions

- Implement new activation at the stores for brand

- Design and develop marketing strategies to increase business for O2O model

- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness

- Regularly evaluate ongoing training to ensure the smooth functioning of Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in the retail industry
