The Person :
- 6 years- experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to crack deals at C-Level,.
- Own high ticket accounts as a hunter and farmer.
- A High-energy, relationship builder.
- Must play the dual role of a Hunter and farmer
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
The Role :
- Own the allotted accounts and ensure timely renewals
- Upsell to ensure the expansion of revenue
- Ensure optimum adoption of product and services
- Have deep understanding of each customer's business, to place right products and services
- Mitigate churn risk and ensure ongoing customer success.
- Work closely with sales leadership
