Role Summary:
- The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes using the product.
- This role will focus on onboarding, client retention, and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption.
- Conduct training sessions and demos to educate customers on product features.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive renewals and upsells.
- Monitor customer health scores and intervene to address risks of churn.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams to address user needs.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify upsell opportunities.
