About the Job:

- As a Customer Success Manager in Corporate Banking, your primary responsibility will be to understand clients' businesses and provide tailored working capital solutions.

- This includes a range of Fund and non-Fund based products such as Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers Credit, LC, and BG.

- You will collaborate closely with Branch Banking teams to onboard new customers and penetrate clients with additional products like Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CFOs and promoters within targeted segments to foster client trust and confidence.

- Focus on increasing the portfolio's book size and profitability through effective management and expansion of client accounts.

- Monitor competitive dynamics within the market and enhance the market presence and penetration of the Kotak brand.

- Ensure high-caliber client service delivery and strive for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency.

- Collaborate with operational units to customize and develop solutions that meet client needs effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in Corporate Banking, with a strong understanding of working capital products and financial solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex financial data and business models.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business objectives
